Our Mission

The Texas Council of Chapters (TCC) is comprised of the Member Chapters of the Military Officers Association of America. The members of these chapters are current, former or retired officers of the U.S. Armed Forces and Uniformed Services and their spouses. The TCC is organized to the following. We will:

  • Promote the mission and objectives of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA)
  • Support and promote federal and Texas State legislation that will assist veterans, especially disabled and needy war veterans and members of the United States Armed Forces and their dependents and the widows and orphans of deceased veterans; and encourage and coordinate such legislative action of the Member Chapters within the state
  • Support the operations of Texas Chapters and promote a forum for the exchange of ideas and information among those Chapters, including supporting the development of new chapters
  • Foster fraternal relationships among retired, active and former officers of the uniformed services and their reserve components
  • Protect the rights and rights of interests of retired, active and former officers of the uniformed services and their reserve components
  • Provide useful services for servicemembers and their families and survivors
Serve the community and the nation
